Eduardo Lichuge is an ethnomusicologist and currently Visiting Professor at Yale University (MacMillan Center, Council on African Studies). His research examines colonial musical archives, popular music and social memory in Mozambique. He is teaching a seminar on Music and Politics in southeast Africa: Comparative perspectives in Mozambique, Tanzania and Kenya.
