The Jackson Institute for Global Affairs, in collaboration with knowledge partner McLarty Associates, is delighted to co-host a series of virtual discussions in summer 2020 that will explore the rapidly evolving nature of international relations, as well as the leadership characteristics required to navigate this uncertain world.
Interactive sessions featuring Jackson faculty, senior fellows, and other expert practitioners across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors will focus on great power realignment, U.S.-China relations, and prospects for recovery in the global economy, among other critical areas.
The final conversation in the series, “Trade, Investment, & Global Competitiveness in a Post-Pandemic Economy,” will feature Jackson Senior Fellow & former Yale President Richard Levin; former US Trade Representative Ambassador Carla Hills; Jackson Senior Fellow Stephen Roach, former chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia; and McLarty Associates Managing Partner & trade specialist Kellie Meiman Hock.
Ambassador John Negroponte, Jackson Senior Fellow and McLarty Associates Vice Chairman, will provide introductory remarks.
