Samrong So

Samrong So is a fellow with the MacMillan Center's Program in Global Participatory Research and Ethics and an MPH candidate at the Yale School of Public Health, where he was elected student body president. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Columbia, and Harvard, Samrong has led large-scale health and education initiatives across the United States and internationally, with time living and working in Ukraine, Guatemala, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Cambodia. These experiences reflect and propel a commitment to policy, innovation, and equity in global and underserved settings, with a focus on participatory research methodologies and ethics. Samrong also serves as an editor at Princeton's Journal of Public and International Affairs and the Yale Journal of Health Policy, Law, and Ethics.
