Lydia Monk

Lydia Monk is a master’s student in the History of Science and Medicine at Yale University, where her research focuses on the history of reproductive medicine. Her current interests explore the intersections of medical research, gender, and visual culture, including representations of scientific knowledge in Latin American art. Monk earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Yale University, where she concentrated in Language and Mind and studied questions of cognition, meaning-making, and scientific inquiry.
