Event description:

Please join us for a second in the special webinar series slated to be held on the last Friday of every month. Led by Professor Moira Fradinger, this series is a part of a collaborative effort with CLAIS, Latin American Interdisciplinary Gender Network, and The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) to highlight gender studies and gender issues in Latin America.
This webinar on March 26 focuses on recognizing the pressing urgency of articulation and the importance of shifting the geopolitics of knowledge. From quilombo to COVID-19, from the ocean to the earth, from poetics to politics, anti-racist feminisms from Brazil are on the move. This is an invitation to engage in a conversation about the struggle against racism with Brazilian feminist thinkers.
