Event description:

Governments are telling citizens to stay at home, socially distance, and wash their hands to stop the spread of COVID19. But what happens when people need to go to work to survive, when they can’t maintain physical distance, when there is no water, and when people fear the government is trying to punish them?
Please join us for a webinar panel hosted by World Fellows Program Director Emma Sky and 2019 World Fellow Nizam Uddin, Senior Head of Mosaic and Community Integration, The Prince’s Trust. The Good Society Forum is a community of change-makers around the world with a common quest to build the good society.
Panelists include:
Dora Siliya, Minister of Communication and Broadcasting in Zambia
Rema Rajeshwari, Superintendent of Police, India and 2017 Yale World Fellow
Leonid Volkov, Founder of the Internet Protection Society, Russia and 2018 Yale World Fellow
Launched in April 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, the GSF Webinars digitally connect change-makers around the world, engage them on ideas, and inspire action to build the good society. The twice-weekly forums are held on Sundays and Wednesdays. Check the World Fellows Program calendar for details on upcoming webinars.
