Dr. Fei Xu is a Social Psychology Ph.D. graduate from Fudan University, specializing in the impact of "Poverty Sense" and "Life History Strategies" on "Risk Decision-making." Her works include a book and several published papers. As a Fox International Fellow at Yale University, she researched Emotional Intelligence to reduce recidivism and published a policy review. She is the founder of “YEID Youth Emotional Intelligence Development,” which aims to improve youth emotional intelligence. Additionally, she founded “BLOSSOM” to enhance the mental health and development of adolescents, women, and children. Her research interests include Life History Strategies, Emotional Intelligence, Hypnosis, Risk Decision-making, and interdisciplinary topics in Neuroscience and AI. As an Integratism Psychologist, Dr. Xu aims to combine Sociology, Psychology, AI, and Neuroscience to understand human behavior holistically. She is passionate about bridging research findings with administrative practices to create real-world impacts. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Chinese Psychological Society, and the Integrative Psychology Committee of the Chinese Society of Social Psychology.
