Zhe Xiang is a master’s student in Sociology at Fudan University, focusing on economic and cultural sociology. Her previous research analyzed how menstrual stigma is negotiated through sanitary pad advertisements. Currently, she studies the occupational link between China’s visually impaired community and the massage profession. Drawing on institutional and cultural perspectives, her work examines how policy and market dynamics shape career paths. She is committed to understanding social boundaries and supporting marginalized groups.
