Information for Speakers
Audio-Visual
If you plan to give a PowerPoint or other presentation, please bring your own laptop and power adapter.
To present at Yale, you will receive a Zoom link at the conference that will allow you to share your screen with the projector. Please make sure Zoom is installed on your computer before the event begins. You may connect to Yale Guest Wi-Fi; no password is required.
Information on presenting at Fairfield will be posted here when available.
Printing
If you need any materials printed, please send them to us before the conference begins. We will not be able to accommodate printing requests during the conference.
Recording
The audio from conference sessions may be recorded. Sessions at Yale will be subject to the Yale Recording Policy. Photographs will be taken throughout the conference and shared with participants at a later date.
