Information for Speakers
Audio-Visual
Please indicate on your Visitor Information Form whether you will be giving a PowerPoint or other presentation. You will need to bring your own laptop and power adapter.
To present at Yale, you will receive a Zoom link at the conference that will allow you to share your screen with the projector. Please make sure Zoom is installed on your computer before the event begins. You may connect to Yale Guest Wi-Fi; no password is required.

Printing
If you need any materials printed, please send them to us before the conference begins. We will not be able to accommodate printing requests during the conference.
