CAS Graduate Conference/Research Award

The Graduate Student Conference/Research awards are given to defray conference costs or cost of short-term research on Africa; the maximum award amount is $500. If applying for conference funds, the purpose of attending the conference has to be to present a paper on an Africa-related topic or participate in an Africa-related topic/workshop. Eligible students may apply year-round for the Graduate Student Conference/Research award as applications are reviewed and funds awarded on a rolling basis.
