Remembering the Greek Diaspora through Oral Testimonies and Albums
Yale Hellenic Studies Senior Lector II Maria Kaliambou’s scholarship leverages historical testimonies to narrate and explore the Greek-American experience. In a recent interview with the Yale Historical Review, Kaliambou, a recipient of the 2024 Modern Greek Studies Association Best Edited Book prize for The Greek Revolution and the Greek Diaspora in the United States, highlights the role such sources play in enhancing diasporic identities of Greek Americans.
