Laurent Bouton is Professor of Economics at Georgetown University, Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research, and Research Affiliate of the Centre for Economic Policy Research. He is also co-director of the DC Political Economy Center and of the UPPER network. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universite libre de Bruxelles. His main fields of interest are political economy and microeconomics.
