Director's Letter

If this is your first time browsing our pages, I am delighted to introduce you to the Fox Fellowship International Exchange Program at Yale University. The Fox Fellowship plays a crucial role in fostering global academic community. It has become increasingly important for institutions to collaborate to reduce the ever higher administrative hurdles faced by international scholars and students. At the Fox, we play a pivotal role in ensuring effective communication and building trust between Yale and over 20 international partner institutions—anchoring a global exchange and research network spanning 6 continents.

This year we reflected on our achievements and challenges in a comprehensive impact report reflecting on the nearly forty-year history of the fellowship. Time and again we found evidence that the fellowship experience transforms lives with unparalleled opportunities for intellectual growth and professional development. The impact report can be found here.

We are more dedicated than ever to the essential information that global and comparative scholarship offers to the world. We are committed to providing an infrastructure for creating and applying that knowledge to the mission-critical goals of peace, economic development, and human flourishing.

I hope you find inspiration and hope in our mission. I am always moved by the amazing scholarship and incredible community our fellows have created.
