Fazil Jamal

Mr. Jamal seeks to identify and understand the legal framework for international trade of oil, gas and other petroleum products. In his research, Mr. Jamal plans to evaluate the international institutional arrangements that have been established over time, both at regional and global levels and on a sectoral basis, to initiate regional and global regulatory standards in energy trade. He will furthermore closely examine India s legal framework for ensuring oil security and international trade in petroleum products within this wider backdrop, primarily through the interface of international and national regulatory frameworks.
