TBAAdil Ahmad Haque is Professor of Law and Judge Jon O. Newman Scholar at Rutgers Law School. He writes widely on international law and the ethics of armed conflict.

Tom Dannenbaum is Associate Professor of International Law at the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy, where he is also Co-Director of the Center for International Law & Governance and Co-Director of the LLM Program. Dannenbaum writes on the law of armed conflict, the law governing the use of force, international criminal law, human rights, shared responsibility, and international judging.

Celeste Kmiotek is a staff lawyer for the Strategic Litigation Project at the Atlantic Council. The Strategic Litigation Project works on prevention and accountability efforts for atrocity crimes, human rights violations, terrorism, and corruption offenses around the world. Kmiotek’s work focuses on addressing corporate and secondary liability for atrocities.
