Hector Zavala

Héctor holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Master's Degree in Chinese Studies - International Relations - from the Yenching Academy of Peking University. He has studied in 6 countries and has participated in academic conferences in Mexico, China, United States and Colombia. From 2016 to 2017 he was part of the team at UNAM's headquarters in China (Center for Mexican Studies) and later collaborated with UNAM's University Program for Asian and African Studies as Head of Continuing Education. He is currently Associate Director at UNAM's headquarters in Boston (Center for Mexican Studies), and Coordinator of the Latin American Interdisciplinary Gender Network UNAM-Yale.
