Aria Fani is an assistant professor of Persian and Iranian Studies at the University of Washington, Seattle. He is working on a manuscript titled Spaces between Nations: Afghans, Iranians, and the Making of Persian Literature. He serves as the current deputy editor of Iranian Studies.
