Lucero Denis Figueroa Mugica

Denis Figueroa holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from El Colegio de México, where she graduated with honors. As part of her undergraduate studies, she was awarded as Fox Fellowship from 2016-2017. With nearly 8 years of experience, Denis has worked in both the public and consulting sectors. Her roles include intern at Mexico’s Permanent Delegation to the OECD, advisor at the Subsecretariat of Electricity, director at the Federal Economic Competition Commission, and at the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit. She also gained consulting experience at BCG’s Mexico City office. Currently, Denis works as a senior consultant at Dalberg, where she focuses on her passion for advancing the energy transition.
