Ana Miranda Mora

Ph.D. in Philosophy, UNAM. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Political Theory at the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. Recently co-coordinator of the Diploma Degree "Feminisms from the Global South: Decolonial and Postcolonial Perspectives" at the postgraduate course in Gender Studies at UNAM, Mexico City. She has studied political philosophy and feminism in Mexico City, Madrid, Bochum, and Berlin. She has taught at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at UNAM and the Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana, Mexico City. Her research and teaching focus on political and social philosophy, post and decolonial feminism, and German philosophy (especially Hegel, Marx, Engels, and Benjamin). Her feminist research focuses on domestic and care work, sexualized violence and feminicide, feminist rage, theoretical and practical dilemmas of the feminist struggle for rights, and the debate between feminist theories and programs of decolonial and postcolonial theory.
