Arianne is specialist in gender, and electoral. Mexican lawyer with an LLB at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. I have a master 's degree in Human Rights and Democracy from FLACSO-México and in Legal Reasoning from the University of Alicante, Spain. I have completed several studies in international human rights and gender law. I have taken part in several national and international academic forums on issues related to human rights, gender, feminism, electoral and legal reasoning. I belong to civil organizations such as the Red Iberoamericana de Argumentación Jurídica, Abogadas MX and Red Latinoamericana de Estudios Interdisciplinarios de Género. From 2013 to 2014 I was part of the Observatorio Ciudadano Nacional del Feminicidio. I have given several workshops and classes at the Universidad Iberoamericana, INACIPE, Universidad Anáhuac, Puebla and at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. I have collaborated with civil society organizations and participated in international litigation on serious human rights violations. I participated as an Electoral Justice specialist in the OAS Observation Mission in the general elections in Paraguay in 2018. I am currently the legal director at RC Consultory and I collaborate in Equilibra Centro para la Justicia Constitucional, where I had a fundamental participation in the strategic litigation on gender parity in governorships for the 2020-2021 electoral process.
