Inés Giménez Delgado
Ph.D. in Latin American Studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and M.A.s in communication and journalism, Anthropology, and Teacher Training from UNED, Madrid and a degree in History from the University of Zaragoza, Spain. Since 2008, she has worked as a consultant and communication officer in human rights, gender, drug policy and migration organizations in various organizations, such as the Tlachinollan Human Rights Center in Guerrero, Mexico; the International Drug Policy Consortium in London, the Latin American Water Tribunal in Costa Rica, OXFAM United Kingdom-Guatemala, the Institute for Studies and Disclosure on Migration (INEDIM), the International Labor Organization - Mexico or Business & Human Rights Resource Center. As a journalist, he has also collaborated and collaborates as a freelance journalist for various media outlets in Latin America and Europe. Her lines of research include political ecology, drug policy, gender studies, and the anthropology of violence and peace. She currently works at the Fundación Seminario de Investigación para la Paz, Zaragoza, Spain.
