Luz Galindo

Currently professor at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She made his postdoctoral stay at the Center for Demographic, Urban and Environmental Studies of Colegio de Mexico.
PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She completed the official master's degree in Women's Studies, Gender and Citizenship, at the Instituto Interuniversitario de Estudios de Género at the Universidad de Barcelona; the master's degree in public policies on gender equality: Gender equality agents at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and the master's degree in Gender Studies at Colegio de México.
She has collaborated in government, civil society and academic spaces in different countries such as India, Spain and Portugal. Her research lines are gender perspectives, public policies, use of time, co-responsibility and social welfare, daily life and paid, unpaid and care work, family diversity and sexual diversity, new experiences of being men.
