Martin De Mauro Rucovsky

Martin De Mauro Rucovsky has a PhD in Philosopy from the National University of Córdoba (Argentina). He has been a CONICET scholar at the National University of Córdoba (UNC) and carried out two doctoral research stays in Colegio de Antropología Social at the BUAP (Puebla-México) where he gave two seminars on “Materiality of the sexed body” and “critique of neoliberal sensibility”.

Her main field of research is at the intersection between post-feminism, literature, cinema and studies on precariousness (especially SoutherCone and Mexico), with a particular emphasis on issues about animality and poverty.

He has been an associate professor of Political Philosophy II and Theory of Social Discourses II, from 2014 to the present, at the National University of Córdoba. And since October 2020 he is visiting professor in Specialization in Interdisciplinary Studies in Sexualities and Gender at the National University of Rosario (Argentina)

As of March 2020, he works as a postdoctoral researcher at Centro de Investigaciones y Estudios de Género (CIEG) of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

She is author of four monographic books: Bíos precario. Cultura y precariedad en Latinoamérica. Kamchatka.
