Sara Ladino Cano
Sara Ladino Cano obtained her B.A. in History and Spanish with a concentration in Spanish and Latin American Literature from Hunter College. She is currently a second year doctoral student in Hispanic Language and Literatures at Boston University.
Her main areas of interest involve XXth century Latin American literature, as well as feminist and literary theory. Women narratives are part of her focus, and for her doctoral dissertation she plans to explore women literature in Colombia, especially in the context of Colombia’s violence.
