Yale大学Genocide Studies Program (GSP) とは
Yale大学マクミラン国際地域学センター(MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies)ジェノサイド研究プログラム (Genocide Studies Program､略してGSP)では、ジェノサイド(genocide、集団殺害犯罪, 大量虐殺) という事象の比較・学際・政策面の研究やセミナー・会議を開催しています。また、カンボジア、ルワンダ、東ティモールなどの被災地域の研究者へのトレーニングも提供してきました。ナチスによるホロコースト、ボスニアでの虐殺といった悲劇、植民地支配や原住民虐殺についてなどの研究プロジェクトも当プログラム内で行われています。Yale大学生物圏研究所 (Institute for Biospheric Studies)と提携し、Yale大学Law Schoolのシェル国際人権センターの支援を受けているプログラムです。
