Chloe Abbruzzese

Undergraduate Student

Chloe Abbruzzese is studying Global Affairs, and pursuing an Advanced Language Certificate in German. Her academic work examines questions of European security and transatlantic relations.

Her regional interests center on Central and Western Europe, particularly Germany and Austria, where she studied abroad and deepened her engagement with European politics, history, and German studies. During her time in Austria, she also completed a public service internship with the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), further strengthening her interest in European policy and research. She is also interested in Eastern Europe and broader questions of security and institutional resilience in the face of contemporary geopolitical challenges.

At Yale, Chloe is actively involved in foreign policy programming through the Alexander Hamilton Society, where she helps bring leading foreign policy experts to campus for discussions with the student community.
