Dana Ko

Undergraduate Student

Dana Ko is an undergraduate student majoring in Ethics, Politics, & Economics with a certificate in Data Science. She is interested in European economic statecraft, and her previous research focused on post-Brexit trade relations between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. An avid reader of philosophy, she is fascinated by all aspects of European intellectual history, but particularly enjoys political theorists like Hobbes and Arendt. Her current academic pursuits have led her to a wide variety of interests, including employment law, post-war peacebuilding, and American military history, but she ultimately hopes to continue studying the making of the European Union and its ever-continuing process of economic integration. Outside of class, she enjoys debating with the Yale Debate Association, volunteering with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, and hiking in her hometown in Colorado.
