Henry Liu

Undergraduate Student

Henry is majoring in History and Environmental Studies, originally from Houston, Texas. His academic interests include environmental policy in the European Union, the foundations of international environmental law, and the European origins of American water law. Beyond environmental policy, Henry is interested in competing schools of constitutional scholarship and the role of resource scarcity in great power competition. On campus, he has worked as a research assistant for Professor John Lewis Gaddis and is a senator for Morse College in the Yale College Council. Henry is also a violinist in the Yale Symphony Orchestra and is a staff reporter for the Yale Daily News, covering the Law School.
