2025 Yale and Slavery Teachers Institute | Virtual Open House

Join us for the 2025 YSTI Virtual Open House on Wednesday, December 18th at 5 PM to learn about the inaugural Yale and Slavery Teachers Institute. This two-week program, launching in July 2025, will explore the theme "Teaching Slavery in New England" and provide K-12 educators with a deeper understanding of the region's history of enslavement. During the webinar, we will discuss the application process, event schedules, and offer insights into the institute's offerings, including expert-led workshops, site visits to historic locations, and opportunities for curriculum development.
