Metropolitan and After: Architectural Projects for Greece 1980s-present
The architect Elia Zenghelis, one of the original co-founders of the Office for Metropolitan Architecture, will present his speculative architectural projects for Greece. He will also explain the pedagogical premise of his design studio agenda at Yale School of Architecture, proposing the metropolitan redevelopment of the former airport area of Hellenikon in Athens. Following the talk, the students of the PhD in Architecture program will offer a response and engage Prof. Zenghelis in discussion
