Dashaan Perry

Dashaan Perry was raised in New Haven, Connecticut. After graduating from New Haven Academy, he pursued his bachelors and masters degree in elementary education from the University of Bridgeport. Dashaan has been a teacher for 6 years in New Haven, Connecticut. For four years he taught 6th grade math and English at Amistad Middle School. For the last two years he has taught 2nd grade math and reading at Amistad Elementary School. Dashaan believes in creating an inclusive classroom where all students feel comfortable to learn and grow.
