Amalia Tuchmann

Amalia Tuchmann (she/her) is a junior in Pierson College raised in New York City and New Haven, Connecticut. At Yale, she is majoring in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Environmental Policy and completing a certificate in French. This summer, she interned at the Institute for European Environmental Policy in Brussels, Belgium and in the summer of 2024, she interned at World Ocean Day through the Yale Conservation Scholars fellowship. Amalia is particularly interested in sustainable urban design and urban environmental justice and loves to explore new cities.
