REEES | Will Russia Change in 2025? A discussion with Leonid Volkov
This event is sponsored by the Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies Program.
It looks like the situation in Russia is stable and there is no room for change.
Putin has full control of the political system and Russian troops are advancing in Ukraine.
The opposition is silenced and the fatigued West can’t put any pressure on Putin’s regime.
What can indicate there’s still hope?
This is a hybrid event.
