Joseph Edwards is a Master’s student in History. He is from London, England, and holds a first-class degree in German and Russian from the University of Cambridge. He was awarded Yale's Mellon Fellowship in 2021.

At Yale, Joseph primarily focuses on the international relations of the European powers in the 20th century, particularly those of the German and Russian Empires.

He has spent time studying in both Germany and Russia, and speaks both German and Russian.
