Luciana Tapia Rattaro

Luciana Tapia Rattaro is a lawyer and a Master’s degree candidate in Public Policy at Universidad de San Andrés. She is a member of the Argentine Association of Women in Sustainable Energy (AMES), the Women in Green Hydrogen experts database, and actively participates in the natural resources working groups of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). Her current work focuses on studying the social dimensions of hydrogen development to support inclusive energy transitions in Latin America.
