Information for MacMillan Course Travel Abroad Grant Awardees

For awards made during the 2024-2025 cycle, the funding will be available to you beginning on July 1, 2024, and must be used by June 30, 2025, unless you inform the MacMillan Center Business Office in advance that you need to roll any unused funds to the next year. All questions regarding the monitoring and processing of your expenses should be submitted to the MacMillan Center Business Office at macmillan.finance@yale.edu

It is your responsibility to monitor the expenditure of the award, and you alone will be responsible for any over expenditures. MacMillan Center Faculty Research Grant funding that you do not use due to a change of plans, underspending, etc., will revert to the MacMillan Center. Awards may be used only for the purposes described in your proposal and remain at the Macmillan Center and will not be transferred to your research account or to your school or your department.
