Victor Louzon
Victor Louzon holds degrees from Sciences Po and the Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Orientales (Paris). He specializes in East Asian history. After working on the Boxer Rebellion in his MA Thesis, he is currently a third year PhD student in History at Sciences Po. His dissertation examines the nature and historical roots of the so-called 2.28 Incident , the 1947 Taiwanese revolt against the Chinese government. At Sciences Po, Victor has been teaching world political history.
