Blight, Sterling Professor of American History and Director of the Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance, and Abolition (GLC) at the MacMillan Center, recently interviewed Ambassador (ret.) Luis C.deBaca, Senior Fellow in Modern Slavery at the GLC, about what National Freedom Day is, how it came to be, and his role in it.  View Interview
