Charlie West

Charlie's research lies primarily in the intersection of queer and pre-modern Italian studies, with a focus on the boundaries of masculinity in Renaissance Italy. He is also interested in the reception of pre-modern material in Italy and Spain, having researched the history of Dante's Comedy in Italy and the use of St. Sebastian in modern Spanish art and literature.
