Danny Mollericona Alfaro

Danny Mollericona is an Aymara sociologist from Bolivia and a PhD student in Sociology at Yale University. He specializes in the study of culture, Indigenous populations, and the intersection of ethnoracial identities and inequality, with a primary focus on Latin America. His current research examines cultural appropriation and collective meaning-making through the transnational circulation of Indigenous material culture, focusing on the appropriation of a Mixe blouse by French fashion houses.
