Jonathan Friedrichs

Jonathan is an LL.M. student at Yale Law School. At home, he is pursuing a PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law (Hamburg, Germany). He is interested in exploring issues in core areas of (European) private law across the civil/common law divide (if there is any). Methodologically, he attemps to combine a historical-comparative perspective with contemporary approaches in private law theory.
