Ken Jung

Ken Jung is an economics doctoral candidate interested in environmental issues and natural resources. His work on the European Union Emissions Trading System studies how its regulation of the commercial aviation industry encourages airlines to sell aircraft to firms that operate outside of the EU's regulated boundaries.
