Lara Briggs

Lara Briggs is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science. Her research is in comparative politics and international political economy, focusing specifically on energy and the environment. She primarily is interested in the political causes and consequences of the clean energy transition within and between European Union members, examining energy security, industrial policymaking, and energy democracy. Additionally, she works as a social data scientist with the experiments team at the Yale Program on Climate Change Communication.
