Lara Briggs

Lara Briggs is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science. Her research is in comparative energy and environmental politics, largely focused on EU member-states. She studies how the energy transition is unfolding across EU states and how factors such as energy security vulnerabilities, campaign finance stringency, and state capacity lead to different outcomes across the EU.
