Stephan Sveshnikov

Stephan Sveshnikov is a PhD candidate in the Department of History at Yale University. He holds an M.A. in history from Saint Petersburg State University and is a past recipient of the Fulbright Research Fellowship. In recent years Stephan has written and presented on fifteenth-century monastic literary culture in Muscovy, food and village life in Azerbaijan, and Slovak New Wave cinema. He is the co-author of a book chapter in "Exploring and Optimizing Agricultural Landscapes" (Springer, 2021).
