The United States-Ukraine Academic Consortium

The European Studies Council at Yale and The Building Bridges Global Advocacy Network have invited university students from the United States and from across all of Ukraine’s regions to participate in an academic consortium in spring of 2014.

The purpose of this collaborative project was to pursue, in an academic setting, ideas for a bright, stable and prosperous future for both Ukraine and its relationship with the United States.

The Consortium began on April 9, 2014, with a live videoconference that allowed students in New Haven to pose questions to their Ukrainian counterparts in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Luhansk and Lviv.
