International Security Studies will host the Virtual Discussion Forum, “Assessing U.S. Diplomacy Two
Decades After 9/11,” featuring one of America’s most distinguished former diplomats, Ambassador Ryan Crocker. A former Jackson Senior Fellow at Yale, Crocker served as U.S. Ambassador six times: Afghanistan (2011-2012), Iraq (2007-2009), Pakistan (2004-2007), Syria (1998-2001), Kuwait (1994-1997), and Lebanon (1990-1993). 
The event will be moderated by Ted Wittenstein, executive director, International Security Studies.
The talk will be held in person and simulcast on Zoom. In-person attendance is limited to members of
the Yale campus community. The Zoom session is open to the public. Registration is required.
