A talk by Claudia Ribeiro Pereira Nunes Visiting Fellow, Council on Latin American & Iberian Studies.

Professor Claudia Ribeiro Pereira Nunes is Deputy Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Law of Pro-Reitoria of Degree Programs, Reseach and Community Services of Veiga de Almeida University and Co-coordinator of Research Group on Global Compartative Law: Governance, Innovation and Sustainability. At the MacMillan Center, she is conducting research to gain a better understanding of the impact of global law and governance issues in closely interconnecting leading globalized sectors in respect to innovative technology challenges.
