This 5th annual refugee health educational event will provide updates for health care providers and community members regarding ongoing clinical and non-clinical domestic advocacy efforts to support the health of refugee families. Topics to be covered will include: the current state of local and national policies that affect refugee health; a review of local advocacy initiatives that are led by refugees, clinicians, and community members; and a review of clinical pearls relevant to providing primary care for refugee adults and children (including psychiatric, obstetric, and gynecologic care).
