National Screening of "Terror and Hope" on PBS
The documentary film TERROR AND HOPE: The Science of Resilience offers a unique window into the impact of war on children through the pioneering work of an international team of scientists led by Yale University working closely with Mercy Corps’ team in Jordan. If there’s hope for the future of refugee children and youth, it’s due in large part to the teams of aid workers and researchers like these putting science to work for the oppressed and vulnerable.
Terror and Hope will be aired nationally on the PBS World Channel on April 19th 2023 with repeat showings from the 19th - 22nd.
The Yale MacMillan Center, the Conflict, Resilience and Health Program, the Program on Refugees, Forced Displacement, and Humanitarian Responses, together with the Early Childhood Peace Consortium at Yale contributed to this screening on PBS.
